I’m not really a play games on my iPhone kind of guy, but Tiny Wings has me hooked. It’s definitely an addictive game. The first time I saw it, I thought, oh, this will be a great game for my 4 and 6 year old kids to play. It looks so easy, but in reality, it’s very difficult to master. The milestones you have to reach to level-up are very unusual and make playing the same levels over and over again fun. One in particular requires you to play the game upside down. Very creative on the developer’s part.

I’ve heard Tiny Wings referred to as the Angry Birds Killer. That’s obviously going way too far. It’s a great game, but head to head, it’s no Angry Birds and it doesn’t have the legs to keep going with new variants for seasons, holidays, etc.

Download it and try it out. I promise you, you won’t be able to put it down.
